HELP!Line Center
The HELP!Line Center maintains the South Dakota 211 phone number and online database that can be used to help find local services.  It also maintains a suicide prevention hot line, which can also be reached by dialing 211.

South Dakota Bridge to Benefits
A project of South Dakota Voices for Children, this website provides information about a number of programs, such as energy assistance, children’s health insurance, and WIC benefits.  The website also provides a useful screening tool that can help determine what assistance someone is eligible for.

Benefits.gov
This is the official benefits website of the U.S. Government, with information on over 1,000 benefits and assistance programs.  It provides a questionnaire for determining what assistance one might be eligible for.

United Way of the Black Hills
The United Way sponsors over 40 charitable agencies in the Black Hills area.  Examining their list of agencies may help you find what you are looking for.
